What is a CAPTCHA?
CAPTCHAs are a website addition service that protects your website from spam and abuses. It determine whether or not the user is human to keep automated software from engaging in abusive activities on your site.
Does CAPTCHA works with custom HTML form in LeadsBridge?
Knowing that we are speaking about webforms as the destination of your leads, unfortunately not.
We know the important value of CAPTCHAs to prevent spam on your form but due to some restrictions we need you to disable them to integrate an HTML form with LeadsBridge.
When LeadsBridge build a connection with your webform to send the lead’s information, our server make a request that is clearly made by a computer and it can’t confirm CAPTCHAs as humans do.
Ok so what’s the workaround?
To be able to send leads to an HTML form with LeadsBridge, you should only remove the CAPTCHA from your web form and it can be done with ease.
We’re available to integrate the form for you, just drop us a line and we’ll do the rest for you!
