How to Change Your Plan During Trial
Sometimes, after opening a LeadsBridge account, people realize they actually wanted a different plan with different characteristics so we’ve created this guide to show you how to upgrade your current plan during the trial period, without interrupting it, here’s a simple guide. Please note: this guide helps you change your plan only during the trial period.
STEPS: How to change your plan during trial
- Go to the top-right menu (under your name) and click on the billing section, or click here
- Go to the My Plan section at the bottom of the page where you see your current plan information
- Click on the plan name to open a drop-down list
- Select the desired new plan and click on Save
- You’re done
If the process was done correctly, you’ll receive a green success message.
