How to Change Your Plan During Trial

Sometimes, after opening a LeadsBridge account, people realize they actually wanted a different plan with different characteristics so we’ve created this guide to show you how to upgrade your current plan during the trial period, without interrupting it, here’s a simple guide. Please note: this guide helps you change your plan only during the trial period.

STEPS: How to change your plan during trial

  1. Go to the top-right menu (under your name) and click on the billing section, or click here
  2. Go to the My Plan section at the bottom of the page where you see your current plan information
  3. Click on the plan name to open a drop-down list
  4. Select the desired new plan and click on Save
  5. You’re done

If the process was done correctly, you’ll receive a green success message.
