How to contact support?

If you would like to contact our support, you can reach out to them by email over here.

If you already have a LeadsBridge account, please use the same email address that you used to log into LeadsBridge. Otherwise, if you are not a customer, please put your email address. If you don’t leave your contact details in the contact form, we won’t be able to get back to you.

We will do our best to get back to you within one business day to the email address provided.

How to open a Ticket from LeadsBridge app?

If you already have a LeadsBridge account you can create a new ticket by following the steps below:

  1. Log into your LeadsBridge account
  2. Go to the bottom of the page and click on SUPPORT
  3. Then go to Open a Ticket and click on Open New, or click here (please don’t open multiple tickets for the same request)

  4. Fill all the requested fields and be as detailed as you can while describing your request, this will improve the speed and quality of our support

  5. Then click on Send Request
  6. After that, some documentation articles related to your request will be listed, take a moment to check them and if they don’t solve your request confirm the ticket creation by clicking on YES, confirm!, otherwise click on Discard

Do you offer phone support?

We are always eager to improve the ways we help customers which is our primary goal but, at the moment, we offer phone support only to clients starting from HERO plan.

We realized that a phone call is not very useful when the best way to communicate and understand the customer’s problem is a screenshot or a simple link.

We understand the value of a direct line where you can literally pick up the phone and contact us but still, we encourage you to consider that for a software company the best way to help is to have references that, through the phone, is even more difficult to swap.

How to Request a Call from LeadsBridge app?

If your current plan is HERO or greater, you can request a call to us using LeadsBridge app, in order to do that follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your LeadsBridge account
  2. Go to the bottom of the page and click on SUPPORT
  3. Then click on Request a Call, or click here (please don’t request multiple calls for the same request)

  4. Fill all the requested fields and be as detailed as you can while describing your call request, this will improve the speed and quality of our support

  5. Then click on Send Request
