Connect PayPal to Customerly with LeadsBridge

In this article, you'll learn how to set up the bridge and connect PayPal to Customerly using LeadsBridge.

How to set up your bridge step-by-step tutorial

Before you start

  1. Head over to the left sidebar and click on Bridges
  2. You'll be taken to the Bridges section of your account
  3. Click on the Add New button
  4. You'll be taken to the first step of the bridge creation

Step 2: Setup your PayPal source

  1. Type in the name you'd like to call your integration
  2. Enter API Username, API Password, API Signature, Consumer key and Consumer secret to connect your PayPal with LeadsBridge
  3. Click here: ( OPEN LINK) and open the Tool page

    Scroll the page till you see a box with API credentials written and click on it
  4. Once on the API credentials page, click on the last option for NVP/SOAP API integration.
  5. Once you’ve created the API credentials, you will see View API Signature option under NVP / SOAP API integration. Clicking on that will bring you to a page like the following screenshot.

    Click on each "Show" link to see API username, password and signature.
  6. Select the segment you'd like to use as the source for your leads
  7. Click on the Next button

Step 3: Setup your Customerly destination

  1. Type in the integration's name in the dedicated field
  2. Enter Access Token to connect Customerly with LeadsBridge
  3. Retrieve your Access Token by going to the API section of your account settings, as shown in the screenshot.
  4. Paste the Access Token inside the integration set up.
  5. Click on the Next button
  6. You'll now be able to select the destination segment to send your leads to
  7. You may choose to receive an email receipt for each incoming lead.
    • Type the address(es) where you'd like to receive the receipt
    • You may also modify the Subject line of the email
  8. Click on the Next button

That's all! Congratulations.

You'll be redirected to the bridges section of your account with a green success message at the top right of the page and your bridge will now be active.
