Common questions for Calendly

How this LeadsBridge integration works?

Calendly is a source integration designed to be triggered each time a new lead or contact subscribe to your calendar. You may want to send this contact information on a CRM or autoresponder through a bridge.

Why Date and Time are not being recognized correctly by my Destination?

Calendly creates Dates and Times in ISO8601 format, so in order to sync your Calendly Date and Time correctly with other integrations you should use the function DATE/TIME » FORMAT ISO8601 DATE.

In order to use this function you should follow the steps below:
  1. Go into the Fields Mapping step of your Bridge
  2. Click on the type box under the field that you want to match, for example Meeting Time
  3. Type ISO8601 and select DATE/TIME » FORMAT ISO8601 DATE under the Functions tab of the dropdown menu
  4. A pop-up window will open, in there you’ll be able to configure the function parameters
  5. On the Field dropdown select the value you’re receiving from Calendly, it should be a date or a time, for example event_invitee_start_time
  6. On the Format type box, type the date format required by your destination, for example Y-m-d h:i:s
  7. Then, click on the Confirm button
  8. After this the function should be assigned to the field as shown in the image below
  9. Finally, click on Next to save your changes

How to use Calendly as source

Calendly can be used as source by setting up an additional Webhook to send lead's information to LeadsBridge.

Head to the source step of the bridge configuration, copy the Webhook that you see and add this as endpoint inside your Calendly settings.

While you’re creating your Calendly Bridge, you’ll be asked to send a test lead from Calendly. This will allow us to recognize the attributes you'd like to pass along and offer them as presets in the next steps of the setup.
  1. Please make sure the LeadsBridge screen is saying Waiting for New Lead..., this means that we're ready to receive your test data
  2. Go to Calendly
  3. Submit a test lead
  4. Once done go back to LeadsBridge and verify that your test was sent successfully
  5. You should see the information processed correctly by the app
  6. Click on the Next button to save the information you’ve received
