Connect ChargeBee to WhatCounts with LeadsBridge

In this article, you'll learn how to set up the bridge and connect ChargeBee to WhatCounts using LeadsBridge.

How to set up your bridge step-by-step tutorial

Before you start

  1. Head over to the left sidebar and click on Bridges
  2. You'll be taken to the Bridges section of your account
  3. Click on the Add New button
  4. You'll be taken to the first step of the bridge creation

Step 2: Setup your ChargeBee source

  1. Type in the name you'd like to call your integration
  2. Enter Domain, API Key and Domain to connect your ChargeBee with LeadsBridge
  3. In the URL, enter the site name of your account. Example URL: ( OPEN LINK) Site name from the example: sitename

    In order to obtain the API Key, log in your ChargeBee account, select Settings » Configure ChargeBee » API Keys and Webhooks and then click on the API Keys tab. If no API Keys are listed, you need to create it clicking on the Add an API Key button.
  4. Select the segment you'd like to use as the source for your leads
  5. Click on the Next button

Step 3: Setup your WhatCounts destination

  1. Type in the integration's name in the dedicated field
  2. Enter Domain, Username and Password to connect WhatCounts with LeadsBridge
  3. The domain represents the URL you use to connect to your WhatsCount account.
    If you leave it blank, the default "secure.whatscount.com" will be used.
  4. Username is the same that you use to log in on your WhatCounts account.

    For the password you need to follow this steps:
    1. Go to CUSTOMER CENTER » API MANAGEMENT » SETUP API.
    2. Copy the current API Password. If there is no password, click GENERATE PASSWORD.
  5. Click on the Next button
  6. You'll now be able to select the destination segment to send your leads to
  7. You may choose to receive an email receipt for each incoming lead.
    • Type the address(es) where you'd like to receive the receipt
    • You may also modify the Subject line of the email
  8. Click on the Next button

That's all! Congratulations.

You'll be redirected to the bridges section of your account with a green success message at the top right of the page and your bridge will now be active.
