Integrate Emma with LeadsBridge
Intro
Emma is an email marketing platform that allows users to create and design emails to drive results.
In this article, you'll learn how to connect your LeadsBridge account with Emma.
Connect Emma integration
Before you start
- Head over to the left sidebar and click on the Create new Bridge button
- Select your integrations in the selectors
- Click on the Continue button at the bottom right
Authorize Emma integration
Setup your Emma integration
- Click on Connect Emma
- Click on Create new integration to connect your Emma (or select an existing one from the dropdown if you already connected it)
- A popup wil be opened where you can authorize the Emma integration
- Fill Account ID, Public key, Private key field to connect Emma with LeadsBridge
- Click on the Authorize button
- You can choose a name for this Emma and LeadsBridge integration (you can also edit it later)
- Once done, click on Continue button and you will get back to the bridge experience where you could choose additional integration settings
- Now that your Emma is connected, you can continue with the set-up of your bridge

How to get Account ID, Public key, Private key
Head over to Emma and click the tools icon at the top-right, then select Settings & billing.
You'll see a tab for the API key. Click "Generate key" to receive a public API key, private API key, and account ID. These are the credentials you should copy and add to your LeadsBridge Emma integration. ( Learn more)

Other Info
Agency account: If you have an agency account, head over to the Menu, choose Accounts and then click the downward-pointing arrow to the right of the sub-account whose keys you want and select to jump into that account's settings. You'll now be able to scroll down and see the API key section.
Note: you should take note of the API keys once you generate them, as they'll be encrypted once you leave the page.

Common questions for Emma
Why am I not able to integrate with Emma?
When you try to connect LeadsBridge with a “Test” group inside Emma you may find some issues as these cannot be integrated with third-party apps like LeadsBridge.
You should double check and make sure that your Group type is not a Test.
You can check the “Group type” by clicking on Groups tab in your Emma account.
