Connect Insightly to Sendy with LeadsBridge

In this article, you'll learn how to set up the bridge and connect Insightly to Sendy using LeadsBridge.

How to set up your bridge step-by-step tutorial

Before you start

  1. Head over to the left sidebar and click on Bridges
  2. You'll be taken to the Bridges section of your account
  3. Click on the Add New button
  4. You'll be taken to the first step of the bridge creation

Step 2: Setup your Insightly source

  1. Type in the name you'd like to call your integration
  2. Enter API Key to connect your Insightly with LeadsBridge
  3. Enable the Lead Management option for each user.
    1. Login to your Insightly account,
    2. Go on the top right menu » System settings
    3. Click on the left menu » Leads Management tab
    4. Check the Leads Management box.
  4. To find the API Key follow these steps:
    1. Login inside your Insightly account
    2. Go on the top right menu and select User Settings
    3. Scroll down the tab till you find the API Key
    4. Paste the API Key in the LeadsBridge integration

  5. Select the segment you'd like to use as the source for your leads
  6. Click on the Next button

Step 3: Setup your Sendy destination

  1. Type in the integration's name in the dedicated field
  2. Enter API Key, Public key and HTML form code to connect Sendy with LeadsBridge
  3. Log into your Sendy account and go to the main menu under your account name, click on Settings.
    There you'll see the API Key, you should copy it and paste it into the integration set up inside LeadsBridge.
  4. Go to your Subscriber lists and select the "Subscribe form", you'll see the form HTML code which should be copied in its entirety and pasted in your LeadsBridge integration set up.
  5. Click on the Next button
  6. You'll now be able to select the destination segment to send your leads to
  7. You may choose to receive an email receipt for each incoming lead.
    • Type the address(es) where you'd like to receive the receipt
    • You may also modify the Subject line of the email
  8. Click on the Next button

That's all! Congratulations.

You'll be redirected to the bridges section of your account with a green success message at the top right of the page and your bridge will now be active.
