Integrate Optivo with LeadsBridge

optivo® broadmail is a modern and efficient cloud solution for automated, sales-boosting one-to-one dialogue.
In this article, you'll learn how to connect your LeadsBridge account with Optivo.
Connect Optivo integration
Before you start
- Head over to the left sidebar and click on the Create new Bridge button
- Select your integrations in the selectors
- Click on the Continue button at the bottom right
Authorize Optivo integration
Setup your Optivo integration
- Click on Connect Optivo
- Click on Create new integration to connect your Optivo (or select an existing one from the dropdown if you already connected it)
- A popup wil be opened where you can authorize the Optivo integration
- Fill Username, Password, Mandatory ID field to connect Optivo with LeadsBridge
- Click on the Authorize button
- You can choose a name for this Optivo and LeadsBridge integration (you can also edit it later)
- Once done, click on Continue button and you will get back to the bridge experience where you could choose additional integration settings
- Now that your Optivo is connected, you can continue with the set-up of your bridge

How can I set up the double opt-in inside LeadsBridge?
Add the optinProcessId Custom Field in the Field Matching step of your bridge and match it with the correct value.
This value can be found in the DOI list.
If you leave the optinProcessId field empty, the lead will be insert as confirmed.
How do I set up the YES or NO fields on LeadsBridge?
YES should be set as true and NO as false.
