Integrate Twilio with LeadsBridge

Twilio is a cloud communications platform. It allows to send and receive text messages using its web service.
In this article, you'll learn how to connect your LeadsBridge account with Twilio.
Connect Twilio integration
- Head over to the left sidebar and click on Integrations
- Click on the Add New button
- Enter a recognizable name for your integration
- Click on the Browse button
- Select "Twilio" from the providers list
- Click on the Next button
- Enter Account ID, Access Token, Send SMS from and Lead Notifications to (Namephonenumber> or phonenumber) to connect Twilio with LeadsBridge
- Click on the Finish button

How to get the Account ID, Access Token, Send SMS from and Lead Notifications to (Namephonenumber> or phonenumber)
To find your Account ID and your Access Token just follow these steps:
- Go to your Twilio Login Page
- On the Dashboard page you will see your Account ID and your Access Token
- Copy and paste them inside your Leadsbridge integration.

To find your Phone Number just click on "Phone Number" tab to see the lists of the numbers registered in your account. Visit the Twilio documentation

To make sure that the number you entered in the integration field is able to send SMS you should follow these steps:
- Login your Twilio account
- Click on "Phone Numbers" tab to see the lists of the numbers registered in your account
- Click on the number that you want to enter inside your Leadsbridge Integration
- Check the SMS column of CAPABILITIES

How do I set up the SMS text?
The body of the SMS text can be defined in the Lead Ads bridge.
To edit it, you should go to the Destination step of the bridge.

- Inside the Destination step you can edit the SMS text

I want to receive a lead notification in my Inbox, what can I do?
Just activate the Email Receipt option on the Destination step of your bridge.
