Platform Data Sharing.
The LeadsBridge platform does allow for data sharing, transfers, or disclosures of in scope data from source to destination locations including third party platforms, but the allowance or restrictions of these actions will be presented to the user in platform during integration set up, along with applicable just in time privacy setting choice notices or during platform action configurations.

Website Data
We may share data about your Leadsbridge.com or Activeprospect.com website interactions with third parties for digital advertising, analytics purposes for improvement and optimization of our website and product digital advertising.
Other Data Disclosure to Third Parties.
We may disclose your personal data to third parties:
- In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
- If ActiveProspect Inc. or LeadsBridge or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.
- If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Service https://leadsbridge.com/tos/ and https://activeprospect.com/terms-of-service/ and/or any other agreements; or to protect our rights, property, safety, our customers or others. Where we store data
The personal data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). ActiveProspect and LeadsBridge comply with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. ActiveProspect has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and from the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) in reliance on the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. ActiveProspect has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this Privacy Policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. Pursuant to the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) program, EU, UK, and Swiss individuals have the right to obtain our confirmation of whether we maintain personal information relating to you in the United States. Upon request, we will provide you with access to the personal information that we hold about you. You may also correct, amend, or delete the personal information we hold about you. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data transferred to the United States under Data Privacy Framework (DPF) program, should direct their query to privacy@activeprospect.com. If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We will provide an individual opt-out choice, or opt-in for sensitive data, before we share your data with third parties other than our agents, or before we use it for a purpose other than which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized. In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
ActiveProspect’s accountability for personal data that it receives in the United States under the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) program and subsequently transfers to a third party is described in the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) program Principles. In particular, ActiveProspect remains responsible and liable under the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) program Principles if third-party agents that it engages to process personal data on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless ActiveProspect proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
In compliance with the Principles, ActiveProspect commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information transferred to the United States pursuant to the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) program. We use Lead Ads on Facebook that link to our Site. These third party websites may have collected information about you which is automatically inserted into a Leads Ad form and sent to us when you confirm your interest in our goods or services on the third party website. Please note the such personal data is then stored by us and used in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

You have the right under applicable Data Protection Law, free of charge, to request:

Data retention
