Connect ClickSend SMS integration

Before you start

  1. Head over to the left sidebar and click on the Create new Bridge button
  2. Select your integrations in the selectors
  3. Click on the Continue button at the bottom right

Authorize ClickSend SMS integration

Setup your ClickSend SMS integration

  1. Click on Connect ClickSend SMS
  2. Click on Create new integration to connect your ClickSend SMS (or select an existing one from the dropdown if you already connected it)
  3. A popup wil be opened where you can authorize the ClickSend SMS integration
  4. Fill API Username, API Password, Send SMS from, Lead Notifications to (Namephonenumber> or phonenumber) field to connect ClickSend SMS with LeadsBridge
  5. Click on the Authorize button
  6. You can choose a name for this ClickSend SMS and LeadsBridge integration (you can also edit it later)
  7. Once done, click on Continue button and you will get back to the bridge experience where you could choose additional integration settings
  8. Now that your ClickSend SMS is connected, you can continue with the set-up of your bridge

How to get API Username, API Password, Send SMS from, Lead Notifications to (Namephonenumber> or phonenumber)

Please follow these steps in order to find the API Username and API Password:
1. Log in to your ClickSend SMS account
2. Click on Dashboard>> Account
3. Add/Edit Subaccounts
4. Copy/Paste in the LeadsBridge's integration
To fill out the other integration's field

1. In the "Reply-To," (Optional) field enter the email address that the leads will reply to.
2. Enter in the "Send SMS from" the phone number that sends the SMS - it should contain a maximum of 11 characters and no spaces.
3. In the "Lead Notifications to" field enter the phone number where do you want to send the leads; if you want to send an SMS to the lead’s phone number, enter the string @@phonenumber@@.

If you want to send an SMS to the lead's phone, you need to configure it in the integration. Please follow these steps: 1. Go to the "Integration" step of the bridge. 2. Enter in the "Lead Notifications to" field this string "@@phonenumber@@". 3. Click on Next.
