Intro

MessageBird is a solution for companies to use text messages for marketing, notification and communication purposes.

In this article, you'll learn how to connect your LeadsBridge account with MessageBird.

Connect MessageBird integration

Before you start

  1. Head over to the left sidebar and click on the Create new Bridge button
  2. Select your integrations in the selectors
  3. Click on the Continue button at the bottom right

Authorize MessageBird integration

Setup your MessageBird integration

  1. Click on Connect MessageBird
  2. Click on Create new integration to connect your MessageBird (or select an existing one from the dropdown if you already connected it)
  3. A popup wil be opened where you can authorize the MessageBird integration
  4. Fill Access Key field to connect MessageBird with LeadsBridge
  5. Click on the Authorize button
  6. You can choose a name for this MessageBird and LeadsBridge integration (you can also edit it later)
  7. Once done, click on Continue button and you will get back to the bridge experience where you could choose additional integration settings
  8. Now that your MessageBird is connected, you can continue with the set-up of your bridge

MessageBird's APIs use API keys to authenticate requests. You can create, retrieve, and manage your API keys in your MessageBird dashboard.

Test API keys have the prefix test_ and live API keys don't require a prefix. ( Learn more)
