Connect SuiteCRM integration

Before you start

  1. Head over to the left sidebar and click on the Create new Bridge button
  2. Select your integrations in the selectors
  3. Click on the Continue button at the bottom right

Authorize SuiteCRM integration

Setup your SuiteCRM integration

  1. Click on Connect SuiteCRM
  2. Click on Create new integration to connect your SuiteCRM (or select an existing one from the dropdown if you already connected it)
  3. A popup wil be opened where you can authorize the SuiteCRM integration
  4. Fill URL, Username, Password field to connect SuiteCRM with LeadsBridge
  5. Click on the Authorize button
  6. You can choose a name for this SuiteCRM and LeadsBridge integration (you can also edit it later)
  7. Once done, click on Continue button and you will get back to the bridge experience where you could choose additional integration settings
  8. Now that your SuiteCRM is connected, you can continue with the set-up of your bridge

Inside the URL field you should enter the server or domain URL where your SuiteCRM is installed.

Sure, if a lead already exists in your list, but you wish to sync a new one with the same email address, you should allow LeadsBridge to create duplicates. In your integration settings, set the toggle Allow duplicates to YES.
