In this article, you'll learn how to connect your LeadsBridge account with Zendesk Chat.

Connect Zendesk Chat integration

  1. Head over to the left sidebar and click on Integrations
  2. Click on the Add New button
  3. Enter a recognizable name for your integration
  4. Click on the Browse button
  5. Select "Zendesk Chat" from the providers list
  6. Click on the Next button
  7. Enter the Sub Domain, Client ID, Client Secret, Username and Password to connect Zendesk Chat with LeadsBridge
  8. Subdomain, Required if your users access Chat from a Zendesk Support subdomain (like .zendesk.com/chat).
  9. Client ID, Client Secret

  10. Click on the Authorize button
  11. A Zendesk Chat's wizard will popup
  12. Enter your credentials and grant the access to LeadsBridge
  13. Head back to LeadsBridge and click on the Finish button
