Zoho Campaigns is a marketing solution for Email Marketing and Social Media Campaigns. As a part of Zoho CRM solution, Zoho Campaigns also integrates CRM features and contact list management. It is available as a single add-on with a pricing plan based on different models: pay as use or monthly subscription.

Zoho Campaigns is a great solution for creating and managing Email Marketing campaigns, performing A/B tests too. The drag and drop builder helps you to design beautiful email messages, thanks to a lot of customization features, in order to perfectly match the email’s layout with your brand. Through an advanced Contact List Management feature, you can easily segment your contacts, splitting up leads, prospect and customers. For a better management of the whole contact list, we recommend to integrate Zoho Campaigns with Zoho CRM, in order to keep track of all the activities, including deals, tasks and sales.

You can also use one of the third party services integrated with Zoho Campaigns to import contacts into your lists. Otherwise, you can import them manually or via a CSV/Google Spreadsheets file.
