In this article, you'll learn how to connect your LeadsBridge account with FreshDesk.

Connect FreshDesk integration

  1. Head over to the left sidebar and click on Integrations
  2. Click on the Add New button
  3. Enter a recognizable name for your integration
  4. Click on the Browse button
  5. Select "FreshDesk" from the providers list
  6. Click on the Next button
  7. Enter Sub Domain and API Key to connect FreshDesk with LeadsBridge
  8. Click on the Finish button

How to get the Sub Domain and API Key

Your subdomain is present in the URL, as shown in the picture.
To get the API Key you should:
  • Log in to your helpdesk
  • Click on your Profile Picture on the top right and select "Profile Settings"
  • Copy-paste this on the integration set up inside LeadsBridge
