Connect Intercom to WooCommerce with LeadsBridge

In this article, you'll learn how to set up the bridge and connect Intercom to WooCommerce using LeadsBridge.

How to set up your bridge step-by-step tutorial

Before you start

  1. Head over to the left sidebar and click on Bridges
  2. You'll be taken to the Bridges section of your account
  3. Click on the Add New button
  4. You'll be taken to the first step of the bridge creation

Step 2: Setup your Intercom source

  1. Type in the name you'd like to call your integration
  2. Select the segmentation concept you'd like to use
  3. Click on the Authorize button
  4. Login to the account you'd like to use
  5. Allow LeadsBridge to access your Intercom information
  6. Once done you'll be taken back to the bridge with a blue info success message
  7. Select the segment you'd like to use as the source for your leads
  8. Click on the Next button

Step 3: Setup your WooCommerce destination

  1. Type in the integration's name in the dedicated field
  2. Enter URL, Consumer key and Consumer secret to connect WooCommerce with LeadsBridge
  3. In order to find the Consumer Key and the Consumer Secret you should follow these steps:
    1. Log in into WooCommerce.
    2. Go on Settings » Advanced » REST API.
    3. Select Add Key and add a Description. Please select the User you would like to generate a key for in the drop-down.
    4. Select a level of access for this API key and Select Generate API Key. In this way, WooCommerce creates API keys for that user.
    5. Copy/paste the Consumer key/secret into LeadsBridge.

  4. Usually, when you are setting up the WooCommerce integration you just use the base URL which would be: https://www.retireearly365.com/
  5. Click on the Next button
  6. You'll now be able to select the destination segment to send your leads to
  7. You may choose to receive an email receipt for each incoming lead.
    • Type the address(es) where you'd like to receive the receipt
    • You may also modify the Subject line of the email
  8. Click on the Next button

That's all! Congratulations.

You'll be redirected to the bridges section of your account with a green success message at the top right of the page and your bridge will now be active.
