Integrate Salesmanago with LeadsBridge

Connect Salesmanago integration

  1. Head over to the left sidebar and click on Integrations
  2. Click on the Add New button
  3. Enter a recognizable name for your integration
  4. Click on the Browse button
  5. Select "Salesmanago" from the providers list
  6. Click on the Next button
  7. Enter URL, Client ID, API Secret and Owner Email to connect Salesmanago with LeadsBridge
  8. Click on the Finish button

How to get the URL, Client ID, API Secret and Owner Email

In order to find the API Secret (1) and Client ID (2) you need to follow these steps:
  1. Go in Settings
  2. Select Integration and click on API Access.
  3. Copy/Paste them in the LeadsBridge integration.
In the URL field enter the following value "app2.salesmanago.pl" or "app1.salesmanago.pl".
If you are not sure as to what server your Salesmanago account is hosted on, check whether the URL link available after logging in to the system contains ‘app2’. If yes, enter ‘app2.salesmanago.pl’, otherwise – type in "app1.salesmanago.pl".
OWNER EMAIL is the email address you use for logging into SALESmanago.

How to add Custom Fields with Salesmanago integration?

Custom fields for this integration should be added manually. Please follow the steps below to add additional Custom Fields that you can match on the bridge settings.

  1. Open your integration settings.
  2. Head to the Custom Fields field.
  3. Enter the field ID as stated in Salesmanago. This is required in order to sync data correctly.
    Please note: the field needs to be already available (created) inside your system.
  4. Repeat for each field you'd like to add.
  5. Click Finish to make the configuration effective.

You'll find those Custom Fields, available to be matched, inside the "Fields Mapping" step of the bridge.
