Connect Salesmanago integration

  1. Head over to the left sidebar and click on Integrations
  2. Click on the Add New button
  3. Enter a recognizable name for your integration
  4. Click on the Browse button
  5. Select "Salesmanago" from the providers list
  6. Click on the Next button
  7. Enter Client ID, URL, API Secret and Owner Email to connect Salesmanago with LeadsBridge
  8. Click on the Finish button

How to get the Client ID, URL, API Secret and Owner Email

In order to find the URL (1) Client ID (2) and API Secret (3) you need to follow the steps below:
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on Integration
  3. Then, click on API Access
  4. Copy and paste those values in your LeadsBridge integration
  5. Owner Email is the email address you use for logging into SALESmanago.

Why I'm getting error about fields "Email template Id" or "Email Account Id"?

When the Double Optin option is enabled in the Bridge configuration, the following fields are mandatory
  • Email Template Id
  • Email Account Id
This means that you have to map them in the Fields Mapping editor.

How to add Custom Fields with Salesmanago integration?

Custom fields for this integration should be added manually. Please follow the steps below to add additional Custom Fields that you can match on the bridge settings.

  1. Open your integration settings.
  2. Head to the Custom Fields field.
  3. Enter the field ID as stated in Salesmanago. This is required in order to sync data correctly.
    Please note: the field needs to be already available (created) inside your system.
  4. Repeat for each field you'd like to add.
  5. Click Finish to make the configuration effective.
