You can find further information in the following link: ( OPEN LINK)

In case some lead data is not being received after you’ve followed the above steps, you should set the Webhook on listening mode and trigger the Webhook with a real event so if, for example, you’ve set the Webhook to be triggered on a Contact Added event you should add a new contact in your Active Campaign account with all the information you’ll like to receive in the Bridge, this way the Webhook should be able to receive all the information you need.

Before proceeding

Please make sure to send a test lead from ActiveCampaign. This will allow us to recognize the data you'd like to pass along and offer them as presets in the next steps of the setup.

  1. When the LeadsBridge screen is saying "Waiting for New Lead...", it means that we're ready to receive your test data
  2. Go to ActiveCampaign
  3. Submit a test lead
  4. Head back to LeadsBridge and check if the information has been processed correctly
  5. Click on the Next button

Step 3: Setup your Emma destination

  1. Type in the integration's name in the dedicated field
  2. Enter Account ID, Public key and Private key to connect Emma with LeadsBridge
  3. Head over to Emma and click the tools icon at the top-right, then select Settings & billing.

You'll see a tab for the API key. Click "Generate key" to receive a public API key, private API key, and account ID. These are the credentials you should copy and add to your LeadsBridge Emma integration.( OPEN LINK)
  4. Agency account: If you have an agency account, head over to the Menu, choose Accounts and then click the downward-pointing arrow to the right of the sub-account whose keys you want and select to jump into that account's settings. You'll now be able to scroll down and see the API key section.

Note: you should take note of the API keys once you generate them, as they'll be encrypted once you leave the page.
  5. Click on the Next button
  6. You'll now be able to select the destination segment to send your leads to
  7. You may choose to receive an email receipt for each incoming lead.
    • Type the address(es) where you'd like to receive the receipt
    • You may also modify the Subject line of the email
  8. Click on the Next button

That's all! Congratulations.

You'll be redirected to the bridges section of your account with a green success message at the top right of the page and your bridge will now be active.
