Integrate elead with LeadsBridge



elead (fka ELEAD1ONE) automotive software solutions bridge the gap between sales, service, and marketing operations to provide dealers a robust customer acquisition and retention platform.

In this article, you'll learn how to connect your LeadsBridge account with elead.

Connect elead integration

Before you start

  1. Head over to the left sidebar and click on the Create new Bridge button
  2. Select your integrations in the selectors
  3. Click on the Continue button at the bottom right

Authorize elead integration

Setup your elead integration

  1. Click on Connect elead
  2. Click on Create new integration to connect your elead (or select an existing one from the dropdown if you already connected it)
  3. A popup wil be opened where you can authorize the elead integration
  4. Fill CRM Import Email field to connect elead with LeadsBridge
  5. Click on the Authorize button
  6. You can choose a name for this elead and LeadsBridge integration (you can also edit it later)
  7. Once done, click on Continue button and you will get back to the bridge experience where you could choose additional integration settings
  8. Now that your elead is connected, you can continue with the set-up of your bridge

Why I do not receive leads inside elead?

The Dealership name is a mandatory value that needs to be added in order to receive the leads correctly, you should add them in the following steps: 1. Inside the email Subject in elead integration 2. Inside the Fields Matching step of the bridge. Then add the vendor >> dealershipname Custom Field and match it with the Dealership name.

How can I add the lead Source?

To add the lead Source inside your elead integration you should match the source name with the provider ›› name field as shown in the screenshot below. If you're receiving an incorrect Source value you should check the following: 1. Go to the Fields Mapping step 2. Check if the fields that you (or the automatic system) has matched are correct 3. Replace it with the provider » leadtype (identified as UpType in elead) and provider » name (identified as Source in elead) fields accordingly 4. Otherwise, get in touch with elead support and add them to the LeadsBridge ticket thread, since we're not able to create a ticket in your elead account

I can’t see the phone number in elead, what I need to do?

Specific custom fields are required to receive the phone number inside elead: - customer ›› contact ›› phone with the function called phone ›› delete prefix - customer ›› contact ›› phone [type] - customer ›› contact ›› phone [time] - customer ›› contact ›› phone [preferredcontact]

I've matched the Retailer ID with the VIN but I'm not getting it in elead, what should I do?

If you are not getting the VIN populated in elead you should follow these guidelines.

How do I add the lead SubSource?

To add the lead SubSource inside your elead Bridge you need to match the desired source data with the field Service ›› CheckAvailabitity as shown in the following screenshot:
