Integrate Facebook Ads with Capsule CRM

Capsule CRM is a simple, flexible, and effective web-based CRM tool you can use for your small business.

STEPS: How to connect your Capsule CRM account?

Connecting your Capsule CRM account with our native integration is very easy.

You will only need to follow these steps:

  1. Go on the top-right menu >> Integrations
  2. Click on “Add New”
  3. Pick “Capsule CRM” from the Provider dropdown list
  4. Enter the API URL (your Capsule CRM domain)
  5. Enter the API Key (Capsule API Authentication Token)
  6. Click on “Save” button

Well done, the integration is ready!

How do I find the API KEY?

The first step is to find out your API Authentication Token.

First of all, login to your Capsule CRM account.

Then go to the account menu > My Preferences > API Authentication Token.

Copy the API Authentication Token in the API KEY field of your LeadsBridge integration.

STEPS: Create the Lead Ads bridge

As you might have noticed, the first purpose of LeadsBridge is to automatically sync the leads from your Facebook Account to your system. To do so, you only need to create the bridge, that goes from your Facebook form to the integration we have already created before.

Just follow these steps and you’re done!

  1. Go on the left menu >> Lead Ads
  2. Click on “Add New” (or click HERE).
  3. Facebook: Select the Facebook Ad Account, Page and Ad Form as the source of your leads.
  4. Integration: Choose the integration previously defined from the dropdown above and then pick the list you want to use from the “List or tag”.
  5. Fields Mapping: This is the most important step. It allows you to match the fields of your Lead Ads form (on the left) with the fields of your CRM (on the right).
  6. Hidden Fields: Add fixed additional pieces of information you’d like to pass to your CRM/Autoresponder to the leads collected through your Lead Ads campaigns. Read this doc to get more informations about the Custom Values.
  7. Test: Send a test lead from LeadsBridge to check if you set everything well. Please test at least one lead and make sure it has been synced with your CRM before proceed.
  8. Summary: Congratulations, you did it!
    Please click on “Publish” to start syncing your leads automatically and you will be ready to collect tons of leads.

How do I manage my tags with Capsule CRM?

We truly understand that all business are different and have their own set of data to record. To trig your leads to specific tags, you should manage tags (see their doc) in your Capsule CRM account:

STEPS: Create the Custom Audience bridge for CRM Retargeting

We take care of your time and the right timing of your retargeting is crucial. Plus, you don’t have to do any fatigue.
To create a Custom Audience that will be automatically synced in your Facebook Account every 6 hours, just follow these steps:

  1. Go on the left menu >> Customs Audiences
  2. Click on “Add New” (or click HERE).
  3. Facebook: Select the Facebook Ad Account where you want to upload the Custom Audience.
  4. Sources: Here you can define the segments that will populate your audience.
    – Select “Autoresponder/CRM Integration” from the dropdown
    – Pick the Capsule CRM integration already created
    – Choose which “Lists or tags” you need
    – Click “Next” to continue or “Combine” to add another segment on this audience.
  5. Summary: Please click on “Publish” to start syncing your contacts on your Facebook Ad Account. Based on the size of your audience, Facebook will take some hours to match all your contacts. Once ready, it will be automatically synced and updated for your retargeting ads.

In this video you will see the step-by-step explanation on how to create and upload your Custom Audience from Capsule CRM to Facebook. Once done, your audience will be automatically updated every X hours on your Ad Account!

STEPS: Create the Conversions Sync bridge

The Conversions Sync allows you to sync your CRM to your Facebook Ads pushing back data back to Facebook to determine how many conversions your campaign got using your CRM data, help you better calculate campaign ROI and improve the performance of the campaign, helping Facebook better recognize people more likely to convert.

This feature is available across all Agency and Enterprise plans.

  1. Go on the left menu >> Conversions
  2. Click on “Add New” (or click HERE).
  3. Facebook: In this step, you will set the destination to upload your audience.
    – Select the Facebook Ad Account with the relative Business Manager.
    PLEASE NOTE: You must have a Business Manager account in order to work properly.
    – Choose also the “Event Type” and the “Currency”, then you can go next.
  4. Sources: Here you can define the segments that will populate your audience.
    – Select “Autoresponder/CRM Integration” from the dropdown
    – Pick the Capsule CRM integration already created
    – Choose which “Lists or tags” you need
    – Please choose the CRM fields, matching the data to pass to your Facebook audiences.
    – Click “Next” to continue or “Combine” to add another segment on this audience.
  5. Summary: Click on “Publish” to start syncing your contacts on your Facebook Ad Account. Watch the video inside the app to assign the events set to the right Ad account in Facebook.
    Based on the size of your list, Facebook will take some hours to match all your contacts. Once ready, it will be automatically synced and updated for your retargeting ads.
