Connect Marketo integration

  1. Head over to the left sidebar and click on Integrations
  2. Click on the Add New button
  3. Enter a recognizable name for your integration
  4. Click on the Browse button
  5. Select "Marketo" from the providers list
  6. Click on the Next button
  7. Enter Client ID, Client Secret and URL to connect Marketo with LeadsBridge
  8. Click on the Finish button

How to get the Client ID, Client Secret and URL

To find the Client ID and Client Secret follow this steps:
  • Login your Marketo account
  • Go in the Admin section
  • Click on LaunchPoint and View Details.

To find the Identity URL follow this steps:
  • Go in the Admin section
  • Click on Web Services
  • Go in the REST API section.

Why do I get “Access Denied” or “Error 603”?

You’re getting this error because Marketo is not allowed to comunicate with LeadsBridge.
Please remember to assign the permission to your Marketo account to store the leads on your database.

How do I assign the full permission to Marketo?

To allow the Marketo API to store the leads on your database, you should create a role with full permission and assign it to the Access API group.
Just remember to check all the read/write permissions. ( Read from Marketo docs)
