In this article, you'll learn how to connect your LeadsBridge account with Google Forms.

Connect Google Forms integration

Before you start

  1. Head over to the left sidebar and click on the Create new Bridge button
  2. Select your integrations in the selectors
  3. Click on the Continue button at the bottom right

Authorize Google Forms integration

Setup your Google Forms integration

  1. Click on Connect Google Forms
  2. Click on Create new integration to connect your Google Forms (or select an existing one from the dropdown if you already connected it)
  3. A popup wil be opened where you can authorize the Google Forms integration
  4. Click on Authorize and you will be prompted to the Google Forms authorization experience
  5. Here you will need to provide the info required and grant access to LeadsBridge
  6. Once done, you will be get back to LeadsBridge application
  7. You can choose a name for this Google Forms and LeadsBridge integration (you can also edit it later)
  8. Once done, click on Continue button and you will get back to the bridge experience where you could choose additional integration settings
  9. Now that your Google Forms is connected, you can continue with the set-up of your bridge

Every Google Form may store its data inside a Google Sheet, so you may use that spreadsheet to get the information to your desired destination. To link your Google Form to a Google Sheet follow these steps: - Go to your Google Form. - Click "Responses." - Click More. - Click Select response destination. - Choose to either create a new spreadsheet or use an existing spreadsheet from Google Sheets. - Click Create or Select. Then you should create the bridge using that Google Sheet as the source: - Select Google Sheets as the source and finish the initial setup. - On the source configuration, select the Google Sheet connected to your Google Form. - Finish the setup and publish the bridge. I'm receiving the error message "NoFormsDefined". What should I do?

This error means that currently you don't have any form inside the Google Forms account you have connected with your Integration. In order to fix this you should create a form inside Google Forms, after that you'll be able to select the form inside the bridge setup.

My form is restricted. How can I remove the restriction?

In order to remove your form restriction you should follow the steps below: 1. Open your form 2. Click on Edit this form (pencil button) 3. Go to Settings (gear icon) 4. Under General uncheck the box next to Restrict to users in [yourdomain.com] and trusted domains 5. Finally, click on Save

How can I disable the Limit to 1 response option?

If you have the option Limit to 1 response enabled in your Form, you won't be able to send leads into that specific form. In order to fix that you should: 1. Log into your Google Forms account 2. Open the Form where you want to disable that option 3. Click on Settings (the gear icon on the top right) 4. In the General tab, uncheck the Limit to 1 response option
5. Finally, click on Save
