In this article, you'll learn how to connect your LeadsBridge account with Salesforce®.

Connect Salesforce® integration

Before you start

  1. Head over to the left sidebar and click on the Create new Bridge button
  2. Select your integrations in the selectors
  3. Click on the Continue button at the bottom right

Authorize Salesforce® integration

Setup your Salesforce® integration

  1. Click on Connect Salesforce®
  2. Click on Create new integration to connect your Salesforce® (or select an existing one from the dropdown if you already connected it)
  3. A popup wil be opened where you can authorize the Salesforce® integration
  4. Click on Authorize and you will be prompted to the Salesforce® authorization experience
  5. Here you will need to provide the info required and grant access to LeadsBridge
  6. Once done, you will be get back to LeadsBridge application
  7. You can choose a name for this Salesforce® and LeadsBridge integration (you can also edit it later)
  8. Once done, click on Continue button and you will get back to the bridge experience where you could choose additional integration settings
  9. Now that your Salesforce® is connected, you can continue with the set-up of your bridge

Common questions for Salesforce®

How can I assign a lead to a Salesforce® owner?

You can assign a lead to an owner using custom values in the Field matching step of the bridge. You simply need to identify them writing their name or the Salesforce® Id as a value.

Can I configure Leadsbridge to create a new lead if a lead with the same email already exists?

Sure, if a lead already exists in your list but you wish to enter it again as a new lead with the same email simply allow LeadsBridge to create duplicates by flagging YES when you set the integration.

What does 'Use Sandbox' means?

If you use Salesforce® Test Environment, you should toggle this option to YES.

Could I have more Salesforce integrations of the same account in one or more LeadsBridge accounts?

Yes, you could create and use more than one Salesforce integration of the same account. Anyway, there is a limit of max 5 integrations due to max Salesforce connected apps in a single account as explained in the external link. ( Learn more)

When used as a Destination, does this integration update the records received?

Yes, the integration will update the record if it already exists, with the exception of the already converted leads.
