Connect SurveyGizmo to Salesforce® with LeadsBridge

In this article, you'll learn how to set up the bridge and connect SurveyGizmo to Salesforce® using LeadsBridge.

How to set up your bridge step-by-step tutorial

Before you start

  1. Head over to the left sidebar and click on Bridges
  2. You'll be taken to the Bridges section of your account
  3. Click on the Add New button
  4. You'll be taken to the first step of the bridge creation

Step 2: Setup your SurveyGizmo source

  1. Type in the name you'd like to call your integration
  2. Enter API Key and API Secret to connect your SurveyGizmo with LeadsBridge
  3. To obtain an API Key and API Secret Key you'll need to go to "Account" » "Account Settings" » "Manage API" and click "Create an API Key".( OPEN LINK)
  4. Not sure if your account is US, EU, or Canada?
    1. Check the URL when you are logged in to the application. If you see app.surveygizmo.com your account is a US account.
    2. If you see app.surveygizmo.eu your account is an EU account.
    3.If you see appca.surveygizmo.com, your account is a Canada account.
  5. Select the segment you'd like to use as the source for your leads
  6. Click on the Next button

Step 3: Setup your Salesforce® destination

  1. Type in the integration's name in the dedicated field
  2. Select the segmentation concept you'd like to use from the dropdown
  3. Click on the Authorize button
  4. Login to the account you'd like to use
  5. Allow LeadsBridge to access your Salesforce® information
  6. You'll see the blue info success message at the top right of your screen
  7. Click on the Next button
  8. You'll now be able to select the destination segment to send your leads to
  9. You may choose to receive an email receipt for each incoming lead.
    • Type the address(es) where you'd like to receive the receipt
    • You may also modify the Subject line of the email
  10. Click on the Next button

That's all! Congratulations.

You'll be redirected to the bridges section of your account with a green success message at the top right of the page and your bridge will now be active.
